She is excellent at follow-through. It would have taken me many months longer to get my house ready to sell if I didn't have Andrea by my side. When the house did hit the market, her advice was key to getting multiple offers well over the asking price. I relied on her knowledge and skill in evaluating and negotiating all the offers. In the end, I got way more money for my house than I ever thought possible.
